The hotel is stylish and recently refurbished with attentive staff on receiving the reservation and noting this. Plus, the location is brilliant, minutes from Riviera International Centre. It's based in pretty comfortable area, in need of refurbishment though always clean.

Its location was very central, close to Riviera International Centre. And the area was pretty nice, so close to the beach and restaurants on the foreshore, the restaurant and town centre.

We stayed at Abbey Sands for three nights and it was a delightful experience. Our room was incredibly spacious, tastefully furnished with antique pieces, and had a charming character that you don't find in modern hotels. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like hot drinks, bathroom essentials, and even a hairdryer. The hotel's traditional touch, such as having a bible in the room, was a lovely nod to tradition that we enjoyed.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always said hello, and the room was clean with a modern bathroom. The indoor pool was warm and the jacuzzi was amazing. The location was great too, just a short walk to the beach.
Despite some minor issues with the breakfast, overall my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent and efficient and my stay was really good, would stay here again. The hotel was fine and placed in an elegant-style building. Bright and airy room, comfy bed and quiet in the evenings. An electric kettle and television were useful.
